Personalized Golf Player Sign

Two layers of laser cut wood, hand painted and glued to create a 3D effect. This custom golf player sign can be made with your the player's name on the bottom. Three Sizes to choose from.

Small: 5"(W) x  7" (H)

Medium: 7"(W) x 10" (H)

Large: 10"(W) x 14" (H)

 Once you add the item to your cart you will need to go to your cart and under "Order special instructions" note the players name. In order to color match as best as possible you must upload a photo of the logo or uniform.  You may also contact us to let us know.
