Personalized Hockey Player Sign

Two layers of laser cut wood, hand painted and glued to create a 3D effect. This custom hockey player sign can be made with your team colors and your favorite player's name and number. Three Sizes to choose from.

Small: 5"(W) x  7" (H)

Medium: 7"(W) x 10" (H)

Large: 10"(W) x 14" (H)

 Once you add the item to your cart you will need to go to your cart and under "Order special instructions" note the jersey number and players name. In order to color match as best as possible you must upload a photo of the logo or jersey.  You may also contact us to let us know.
